As an ex-English teacher, I’ve always adored The Twelve Days of Christmas; not just for its joyful rhythm and playful repetition, but for what it represents: generosity, celebration, and the true spirit of the festive season. The poem’s origins date back to the late 18th century, when it was sung as a memory-and-forfeit game during Christmas gatherings! Over time, it became one of the most loved and enduring Christmas carols, symbolising abundance, kindness, and the magic of giving.

When I designed our Twelve Days of Christmas Wax Melt Gift Box, I wanted to capture that same joy and sense of tradition. Each wax melt celebrates the story’s whimsy... from golden tones to indulgent, festive fragrances- a sensory journey through the twelve days themselves. It’s a luxurious, meaningful Twelve Days of Christmas gift, created for those who love stories, craftsmanship, and the nostalgia of Christmases past. A joyful pastime for book lovers and scent enthusiasts alike, crafted to bring warmth, sparkle, and storytelling into every home this festive season.

We only use premium cruelty free fragrance oils and we use a high scent load, ensuring that our products have an excellent cold and hot throw. This means that they smell beautiful in a room without being melted as well as in your burner!

What are they made of

  • Made with a rapeseed and coconut blend, especially formulated for wax melts
  • Mica powder and candle chip dyes for beautiful colour and shimmer
  • Premium cruelty free fragrance oils

How to use?

  • Feed the raffia through the hole to make your beautiful tree decorations
  • Remove all raffia before placing in the well of your oil burner
  • Allow the wax melt to fully melt
  • You can re-use a wax melt but please note that the scent throw begins to diminish
  • Once finished, let the wax set and using a knife or spoon, simply pop the wax out
  • If any wax remains, heat it up and use a damp paper towel to absorb any excess or pop it in the freezer
